Our scope with Tijuana Flats has been wide-ranging. We began with a deep dive into who Tijuana Flats is as a brand, what they value as a team and how this is conveyed via design. Prototypical design has now been implemented in a few dozen locations. Space planning, material selection, fixture design, furniture, signs and graphics.
